The courier only takes the order to the address provided by the interested party.The courier will not collect old items or unwrap the parcel, or do any other task that is not included in their service description.
The order’s delivery will be done on the ground floor of the recipient's address except for those cases where the weight or volume of the item or the functional characteristics of the building prevent the courier from doing this. In this case, the courier will deliver the parcel at the front door leading out onto the street with the unloading resources provided by the recipient or at the end courier’s offices.

Should the courier lose a delivery, Fundación Nehal will apply Group C of the Incoterms whereby the courier takes on the risk. Therefore, depending on the type of delivery, Fundación Nehal will not be held responsible for incidents of force majeure, delays and their consequences once Fundación Nehal’s has diligently handed over the goods to the courier.
Once the item has been successfully delivered and taking the delivery date as reference, the risks (specifically, loss, theft or damages) related to the items delivered will be taken on by the interested party.
